Current Vacancies
As a Family Support Worker, you will play a pivotal role in supporting families impacted by substance mis-use and related challenges. You will provide in-home and community based support to young people, parents and caregivers, helping them develop effective strategies to respond to difficult behaviours. You will also support the families of young people in the Teen Challenge QLD programs, offering practical support, parenting education, and referral pathways.
Teen Challenge is passionate about seeing young lives transformed and living a productive and healthy lifestyle. It is essential to have a demonstrated ability to work autonomously, within teams, and within a Christian environment.
As a full-time Caseworker, you will work directly with clients, providing supervision, mentoring, support, and guidance in their journey toward healing and restoration. You will play a crucial role in facilitating group activities, personal studies, Christian devotions, and assisting with daily living skills. You will also be responsible for coordinating professional appointments, facilitating programmed events, and ensuring a safe and structured environment.
We are looking for an experienced, resilient individual who align with our Christian values and is passionate about seeing women thrive.

Volunteer
Residential Care Volunteers
We're currently seeking Residential Care Volunteers for our Men's and Women's Centre in Toowoomba. We're looking for positive role models who are able to look after our residents during overnight/weekend shifts. If you want to make a positive impact in young lives this could be the perfect opportunity for you!
